Formed only 12 years ago, Just Benches have become and continue to be industry leaders because we are constantly reassessing our performance and striving to improve the quality of our products and services to continue to be a leader in the Australian market.

    • We are an owner / operated company. This means that from the top down we are in touch with your needs as our client, and we know and understand what the "market" changes are because we are in front of them on a daily basis.
    • All our team members have exceptional knowledge of all our products and procedures. This will ensure that when you make an enquiry with us, your call is handled professionally and quickly which means you will get the answers you are looking for when you need them.
    • All our team leaders have been with us for at least 5 years. During this time we have been able to train them and place them in areas within our business that match their gifts, skills and abilities. This means that you can be sure that no matter whom you talk to and why, you can be guaranteed of speaking to some one who knows your needs.
    • All our team members are easy to access. Whether you need information on our products, an update on where your order is up to, or you need our advice during or after your installation, you will be able to speak to the right person.
    • We have a customer service and sales team that is "on the road". This is so that we continually take the time to understand your needs and what is important to you where you are. We try to take a pro-active approach to you so that you are kept up to date with the different products that continually flow into the market.

Quality service

  • Our "key point" team leaders have been with us for a number of years. This ensures that as our customer, you get personal service that is consistent from people who know your needs.
  • We deliver your products to site for you. This ensures that your tops arrive on site exactly as they leave our factory which means no returns and no delays.
  • Before we cut your tops, one of our qualified team will double check your plans to confirm everything is alright. This means that there are no mistakes made and no delays once your tops arrive on site.
  • We have recently expanded our team so that we can have someone monitoring the ETA of your bench tops. This is to ensure that we meet your timeframes. So if there are any problems, we will contact you with plenty of time so that you can reschedule your timetable to suit. And should any product you order not be available from any of our suppliers, we will notify you as soon as possible after your order has been placed with some alternatives for you.
  • Because our goal is to offer you quality, personalised service, we have made available to you two key people. One will be available to help you plan your jobs and oversee the "production process" of your tops and is also available to visit you on site should there be any concerns with the quality of our product. The second will be available to help you with options and alternatives when choosing your tops and is available to show you through the options in our showroom.

We are reliable in seeing the job through

  • Our products are quality inspected to ensure our products are of the highest standards. This is to ensure that every time you order a Just Benches bench top, you will receive the same high standard product.
  • Our commitment to you doesn't end once we deliver your bench top. We will be available to you should you have any problems with installation.

Staff training

  • All the members of our production team are "trade qualified". Our production manager has been with us for 10 years now, so he knows our systems inside out. His job is to ensure that you receive 100% quality from us 100% of the time.
  • From junior apprentice to fully qualified tradesman, we train our team in all processes both practical and theory. We've been doing this for 10 years, which means that every person working on your benches has been trained with a proven formula. And, most of our apprentices stay with us once they are qualified which means we are able to continually expand our production facilities.
  • Our office team members have all been trained and are qualified in their area of expertise. So whether you are dealing with our receptionist, sales team, estimators, or any one else, you can be assured of "professional" service.
  • Our sales team is available to help you in any way that is practical. This is an extra "touch" we have added to make sure you are handled at all times with care.
  • Just Benches is an owner operated company. This means that the people who own the business run the business. This ensures that you are looked after at all times at the highest level and that if you have a problem, the owner of the business will get involved.

Quality assured and guaranteed

  • All our products undergo a "final inspection" check from our two quality managers. This will guarantee that when our products leave our factory, they receive our "seal of quality" every single time and without fail.
  • Once more, provided you have followed our basic care and handling processes, you can be reassured that the as far as the quality of the bench tops is concerned, the risk is ours. This means that once you have installed the bench tops, the long term quality and performance of those tops is guaranteed by us and our suppliers, not you.
  • Our bench tops are a "totally sealed" product which means that there is no risk of water damage including at the joins provided you use the epoxy we supply you with and that you follow the instructions provided.
  • Every bench top that leaves our factory has a "Do's and Don'ts" care and handling checklist. This will ensure that the end user knows the limitations of the products and can make sure that they care for their bench tops accordingly.
